About Me

I have been serving the Grand Island and surrounding area real estate markets with professionalism and integrity since 2007.  Navigating through a real estate transaction is not something to be taken lightly, nor something you want to trust to someone without the proper skills, knowledge, and expertise.  My real estate background includes working with both buyers and sellers in residential, commercial, and land transactions.  I have additional education in real estate above and beyond minimum standards, including knowledge related to construction, appraisal, legal issues, finance, investment, management, and taxation.  I attend annual national education conventions to stay ahead of the curve to keep my clients in tune to any upcoming changes and advancements in the real estate industry. I have obtained my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation, as well as the Quality Service Award from Century 21, signaling the satisfaction level of past clients.  Additionally, my background as a certified public accountant gives you an edge by my in-depth knowledge related to the financial portion of each transaction.

I am a lifelong resident of Grand Island, graduating from Grand Island Senior High in 2005, and Hastings College with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Professional Accounting, along with a minor in Economics.  I have been a Certified Public Accountant in Nebraska since 2011.  I enjoy being actively involved in various civic and non-profit activities in Grand Island to learn more about the community.  I have been involved with Leadership Tomorrow, Heartland United Way, the Grand Island Chamber of Commerce, and St. Pauls Lutheran Church, as well numerous others.  In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, reading, golf, and boating.

For most consumers, a home is the largest asset they will ever purchase.  It would be an honor for you to trust me with the purchase or sale of your home, and I believe you won’t be disappointed with your decision.  I look forward to helping you soon.

Thank you,

Casey Carpenter
